'The comic strip is a political, poetic and a sensitive response to the film clip and children's games offered to us. The creative exploration tries to deal with issues like race, disability, child marriage, saffronization, abduction, bullying etc. by locating them in Indian context. The attempt also shows how some of ideologies influencing these issues pass on to the younger generation through conditioning. The strip also questions the safety of the environment available for the children to play.'

Shakti Milan Sharma is an emerging artist pursuing Masters in Visual Arts Practice from Ambedkar University Delhi. His area of concern/interests are more or less centered around the explorations of aspects related to bodies. His mode of practice varies from producing drawing/sketches/illustrations, performance, sculptures/installations, photography etc.
